Eligibility Criteria for Programmer Analyst Trainee (On-campus)

1) Students of  B.Tech/ BE / ME / M.Tech / MS (5yrs) degree program from CSE / IT / ECE / EEE / EIE / E&E / Applied Electronics / Electrical / ETE / ICE / Software Engineering/ Mechanical can appear in this placement test.

2) A minimum of 60% in aggregate is mandatory throughout the student’s academic career.

3) No more than 2 years gap in education is allowed.

4) Any students who have applied and waiting for re-evaluation would be considered only with the initial results declared.

6) CGPA to percentage conversion should be performed according the University regulation.

7) Fluent in writing and speaking with good communication skills.

8) Only Indian nationals are permitted.

Exam pattern

Cognizant recruitment process has 2 segments, GenC and GenC Next. The candidates are offered different salary packages according to the performances.

Round-1 (Qualifier Round)

This round is a common qualifier round for GenC and GenC Next. The candidate who qualifies this round gets an opportunity to appear in the next round. This round has four sections.
